What is an Autoresponder, and Why Do You Need One?

If you have ever subscribed to a newsletter, you would have noticed getting a reply straight away. Now hold on, the company was not that quick, superman's not on their team. It's all done automatically. This is where Autoresponders come in. It's an automatic system that sends out replies or emails right away. It's not only for newsletters but also for business in general, kind of like a 24/7/365 secretary, but just for sending out or replying to emails or inquiries.
